About the Founder

Nexus QHSE Solutions was founded by Nikhil Salvi, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in ISO & QHSE Management Systems, Documenting, Implementing, Maintaining, Training, Auditing & NC Closure.

Nikhil Salvi - Founder

Throughout his career, Nikhil has worked with organizations across India and the Middle East, gaining valuable industry exposure and hands-on experience in implementing and auditing ISO management Systems for reputed organizations. His professional journey includes working with various reputed organizations such as, Obara Industries (Pune), Danzas DP DHL Group (Dubai), K M Properties (Dubai), and Laxman Thite Architect (Pune) and several other companies.

During his career he has held various roles as, Quality & Environment Executive, ISO Management Representative, Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor & Trainer.

Nikhil worked with Sanbook Quality Consultancy, UAE's leading and well established ISO Consultancy firm, as a ISO Trainer, Consultant & Lead Auditor and was promoted to Sr. ISO Consultant.

Nikhil is a IRCA Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System). He is also a Trained Auditor for ISO 17025, demonstrating his expertise in laboratory management systems.

In addition to consulting and auditing, Nikhil is a Dubai Municipality Approved Trainer, holding a Train The Trainer Certification for Health & Safety Labor Camps Training, an EIAC Accredited Training program conducted by TSI.

Nikhil has provided ISO consultancy to 100s of Clients including dozens of Testing & Calibration laboratories in UAE & across GCC helping them successfully get Certified/Accredited. He has been a Third Party Auditor and conducted 100s of Audits and delivered 100s of Trainings onsite, classroom & online to participants from various nationalities. Their testimonials, reviews and feedbacks are tangible proof of satisfied customers.

Academically, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Symbiosis, Pune, giving him a strong foundation in organizational management and workforce development.

With his vast experience with various industry sectors from SME's to MNC's, Nikhil brings an enriched, comprehensive and practical approach to helping organizations implement effective management systems.
